In November when my doc performed the laparotic myomectomy, he was forced to reconstruct parts of my uterus which is a very sensitive procedure and makes my uterus more susceptible to scar tissue. During the June D&C, the doc performed this with much caution - too much caution - in that he did not follow the normal procedure in fear of creating scar tissue. This caution is what created the situation in which I had to go back 3 weeks ago for another surgery.
Ed and I are doing so much better now. Physically, I'm feeling like me again. All the weight I'd gained taking all the medications is starting to fall off (thanks to logging 10+ miles a week). Mentally, we're finally digging back out of the funk and darker place we might have been stuck in for a few months.
Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. I love all the emails I get from you readers - they keep me strong and sane. Love you all!
